I’ve spent the last few decades working mostly in sales and service roles - helping clients to find solutions that help them run their lives or businesses more smoothly. Moving into management roles then allowed me the opportunity to help individuals on my teams to develop their skills and work out the next steps to fulfilling their career dreams.

I’ve also run my own small product business, so I understand how the administrative tasks of running a business can sometimes distract from the main job.
